Mongolian Language Courses

Study Mongolian Take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating Mongolian culture on one of our intensive Mongolian Language courses.

You can learn Mongolian through Projects Abroad on an intensive two-week or month-long Language Project, where you will receive an average of 15 hours of class time each week. Living with a local family, you'll learn quickly and can practice what you've learned with your hosts each day. Taught by a qualified language teacher, the lessons are tailored to your personal level and can be adapted to your interests.

After your lessons you will, of course, have plenty of time to complete your homework and explore Ulaanbaatar to practice what you have learned.

Alternatively, if you are volunteering or interning on one of our projects in Mongolia, you can take a short 14-hour or 30-hour language course in Mongolian. This course is tailored to your needs and runs alongside your placement. If you are planning on volunteering or interning abroad for three months or more, you could also complete a 60-hour course alongside your placement.
